PRICING

Standard Cleaning Price list:

Prices are at an hourly rate and are subject to increase.
​
Our cleaning services are standard for every property. An outline of the services we provide in each cleaning can be found in your onboarding document.
Note: Homes with more than 2300 sqft. will need to contact for a specified quote.

Our hourly rate is $40 per hour/ per each cleaner.
​
First time cleaning services are charged at a minimum of $230 Flat rate.
​
After your first session, For 1 cleaner present the minimum hourly payment for a cleaning service is 4 hours. For 2 cleaners present the minimum hourly payment for a cleaning service is 2 hours. This is only the minimum hourly payment required and not the exact amount of time a cleaner will take to complete the service. Our cleaners reserve the right to complete their services before the minimum hourly mark OR extra additional charges for more time as needed. Any additional extra charges will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before any of the services have commenced.

What We Provide
MOVE IN & OUT CLEANING
Move in/out Cleaning starts with a base price of $120-$180(price varying with size of home)
With Katia’s Cleaning, clients know exactly what to expect - professionalism, efficiency and exceptional results.
Move in/out cleaning service includes:
Thorough cleaning of washrooms and kitchens
Dusting and wiping
Vacuuming
Mirrors
Floor washing
Fridge wipe out
Oven clean out

Lifting of heavy items (e.g. furniture that can damage floor
Extremely delicate items (eg. inside of china cabinets)
Dishes
Surfaces above arms reach (ceiling fans, chandeliers, tops of cupboards, etc.)
Animal waste or items contaminated with bodily fluids
Mold or rust removal
Removal of trash, recycling or compost

BASIC CLEANING SERVICES
Basic Cleaning/ Maintenance Cleaning
Basic Cleaning Services include:​
Dusting (surfaces, appliances, shelves, cobwebs etc.)
Wiping
Vacuuming carpets/ behind furniture
Floor washing
Kitchen cleaning (outside appliances and surfaces)
garbage emptied
Bathroom deep cleaning
Light organizing

Lifting of heavy items (e.g. furniture that can damage floor

DEEP CLEANING SERVICE
Deep Cleaning
Take advantage of our deep cleaning services. Deep cleaning service is specially catered to busy homes or perfect before parties or hosting guests.
Deep cleaning includes:
Dusting surfaces (shutters, ceiling fans, shelves)
Wiping surfaces (counters, table tops etc)
Vacuuming carpets
Floor washing
Extensive tidying/organizing (dresser tops, shelves etc)
Mirrors
Kitchen (outside appliances and surfaces)
Bathroom deep cleaning
Bed sheet changing
Bed Making
Garbage bag change

Services not included:
Lifting of heavy items (e.g. furniture that can damage floor, over 25 lbs)
Extremely delicate items (eg. inside of china cabinets)
Surfaces above arms reach (chandeliers, tops of cupboards, etc.)
Animal waste or items contaminated with bodily fluids
Mold or rust removal
Removal of trash, recycling or compost
Removal or picking up clutter

Excessive labour charge (for more extreme cleaning needs) $25

Please note: Flat rates are based on size of home as well as condition. Flat rate is subject to change based on condition of home (ex: excessive mess, clutter)

There must be free available parking. Any charge for parking must be covered by client.
